Aldagh’s current focus is as co-founder of a tech startup, Frankli, which is a performance management and people engagement platform.

Previously, Aldagh was Group CEO of Morgan McKinley, an Irish staffing solutions business with offices across 10 countries and she is now a NED on their Board.

Aldagh co-founded Alternatives, an innovative marketing company which innovated to introduce marketing contracting solutions to the marketplace.

Formerly she honed her marketing and global brand-building skills as Global Brand Director for Baileys, in Diageo and as Head of Consumer Marketing for Coca-Cola Ireland.

A key element of her leadership skillset is strategic HR. A positive, high-performance workplace culture creates a sustainable competitive advantage and an effective, ambitious and compelling people agenda is critical to business success. Aldagh believes in working with people who “do the right thing” while driving commercial success. Purpose and diversity strengthen a company’s longer-term success.

She is also the Non-Executive Chair of a Central Bank of Ireland regulated Financial Services Board and holds several other Non-Executive Directorships.
