Laura is an Occupational Psychologist and has over twenty five years experience working with organisations ensuring that their HR strategies and practices support the achievement of the business agenda.

In her career to date, she has held a number of roles including Managing Director SHL Ireland, General Manager HR with Permanent TSB, Global Operations Director for cut-e, Managing Director of Aon’s Assessment Solutions Ireland and is now a director of Aon’s Human Capital Solutions.

Laura is experienced in the design and deployment of talent management processes, for selection and development in both public and private sector organisations and in the delivery of individual and group-based assessments, for all levels up to and including c-suite. In the Human Capital Solutions practice, Laura is focussed on supporting clients navigate the future world of work, specifically how, where and what work is done.
