Aldagh McDonogh is Chief Executive Officer of Morgan McKinley, a global professional recruitment and talent management company.  She joined in 2010 as Transformation Director and has been instrumental in driving the evolution, growth and success of the business as it continues to expand its operations globally.

Aldagh was previously co-founder and owner of a leading marketing company in Ireland and was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Competition. She was formerly Global Marketing Director for Baileys and also worked at global soft drinks giant Coca-Cola as Head of Consumer Marketing for Ireland.

Aldagh is on the Board of IRDG. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Institute of Directors and an International Marketing and Languages graduate of Dublin City University.  Innovation, Brands, Strategy, and growing businesses at home and internationally are what keep her busy and challenged.
